Transportation
Woodland
Estates Retirement Center offers a variety of transportation opportunities.
We have a van that is used to take our residents shopping twice
a week, to medical/dental appointments as needed, and of course
on smaller group outings. In addition, we have a 20 passenger bus
that is used for transportation to events that involve a large number
of residents and guests. Finally, Twin Transit, the community bus
service, picks up and drops off right at our front door on regularly
scheduled stops!
Nutrition
Led by a full-time chef, our kitchen staff prepares high quality,
scrumptious meals every day. Served three times daily, you’ll
enjoy your choice of main entrees, including a vegetarian option
always available, homemade rolls, and wonderful deserts. We pride
ourselves in the personal attention we are able to give each resident,
whether it be in knowing them by name and knowing what their favorite
dish is, or being able to bring a “get well tray” to
those that aren’t feeling well.
